I was very curious to see how I would feel doing this run. Well, I thought I crushed this workout. I ran 3 miles easy as warm up before completing  4 x 1 mile repeats between 6:30 – 6:40 pace with 90 seconds rest between each. I completed this run with a 3 mile cool down.

I had to force myself to run slower so that I would not ware myself with this one single workout. It always feels good hitting the breaks.
