I did my longest run since my last marathon back in April; it was a 15 miler. Though I considered running it on the treadmill, I found a way to get outside when the temps cooled just enough to make the run tolerable. I felt great running this distance. I ran it a bit faster than I am supposed to, but still slow enough to maximize the benefits of a long slower than marathon goal pace run.
