I needed  the rest on Monday; I am liking my training but the fatigue of my legs is present. On day 2 of week 15, I was back on the track for 6 x 1,000 meter repeats. Before I hit the splits, I ran a 2 mile w/u and concluded the workout with a 2 mile cool down.
