Great run today. I ended up doing a double due to a very very busy schedule. 5 miles AM @ 8:28 pace. 5 miles PM: 2 @ 8:27 pace. 2 @ 7:30. And 1 mile cool down at 8:30 pace. Legs were tired today. With the exception of this lower shin pain, I am feeling great. I am ready for my 5k race this Saturday. I should PR. The question is by how much.
