I took Monday off. But I was back on the track Tuesady for day. I started this session off with a 4 mile warm up run @ 8 min 11 sec per mile pace. Then, I completed 5 x 1,000 meter repeats. My minutes and seconds time range was 3:50 – 4:00. In truth, I felt like I was holding back a great deal on this run. Not a bad thing seeing that I have other runs.
