I hit the track this afternoon for 4 x 8oo meter repeats. I started this session off with a 2 mile easy run @ recovery pace — if not a bit slower. This was followed 4 repeats with a 4oo meter jog between each  one. Here are my splits per repeat:

1. 2 min 54 seconds

2. 2 min 55 seconds

3. 2 min 55 seconds

4. 2 min 56 seconds
