This was supposed to be a bit of a recovery run. Well, I ran it faster than my recovery run pace. For the most part, I held a medium pace run of 7:45 to 7:50. It was the humidity that was a killer. Well,  and that darn pain in my butt (really). I am really focusing on my weight and diet right now. I hope to jump start my next cycle of training a two weeks, though my mind is not there yet.
