I got up at 4:15 AM in order to hit the treadmill at my gym. This was a run that I needed. I have not had any great runs of late, thus I was seeking something that would remind me all is well. My miles will continue to remain on the low-end until June. I suspect this week and next I will hit 40 to 45 miles as part of my base. I kept the speed at an easy 7:44 per mile pace with a 1% grade.
