Besides some upper body weights last night, I hit the stadium bleachers for a 30 minute run; once upon a time in life, I loved doing lower body weights. But of late, I cannot motivate myself to do them; I hate how it makes me feel. So, I have decided to start adding stairs and bleachers to my training. There is a nice hill at Hershey Park that I will try to do some repeats on at least once a week. Oh, the run was nice and slow.
