I took yesterday off as a recovery day. However, today I was on the track doing some light speedwork. I did 4 x 1,000 meter repeats between 3 min 46 seconds and 3 min and 49 seconds. The goal here was not to do too much during my taper, but enough to remind my legs who they are. Pete told me that I should do these roughly around 3 min 55 sec.
