Let the taper continue. As I continue to rest up, I used today to do some lats and ab/core work; I did a light upper body session yesterday. I did hit the gym so that I could spend roughly 45 minutes in the pool doing an aqua run. Nothing too taxing. While many are freaking out about the taper, I am really enjoying it. I just do not think my body nor mind wanted more hard weeks; I have put in the work.
