I needed an easy day. And I got one here; I spent my time focusing on my core, upper-body weights (run specific lifting), and lats. There is nothing more gratifying than finishing an ab workout. Better yet, there is nothing better than feeling pretty ripped once you are done. However, there is nothing that sucks more than the actual process of doing abs. As for the rest of my core work, it was not too bad. I will say this, the more abs I do the stronger I feel running. Of, that only makes sense.
