I was not feeling it at all; I suspect my lack of sleep played a big part in my motivation to do this workout. And to be honest, I have never done 10 x 1,000 meter repeats. I aim to run each repeat around 3 minutes and 24 to 28 seconds, but out of fear that I would be too tired to finish this workout, I ran each repeat between 3 minutes and 44 seconds and 3 minutes and 50 seconds. Though, the last one was at 3:59 (ouch!!!).
