I took Monday March 21st off as a rest day following my Seabrook race; however, I followed it up the next day with an easy medium pace 7 mile run. I am always amazed at how well my body recovers from races. And, I seem to recovery fairly well from hard days too. Because I struggles a great deal with sleep, it is not unusual for me to go into my next workout feeling tired.
