I am ready to race, baby!!! Here is what you find when you pull into Seabrook. I must admit, there is something to be said about small marathon/ half-marathon races.
- Hold a 6:30 -6:40 per mile pace.
- Focus on technique.
- Evaluate my breathing, change of paces, and mental focus as I head down the final moth before Boston.
- Place in top 3 within division and overall.
