With roughly 32 days before my next marathon, I am focusing a great deal on the little things. I hit the gym today in an effort to get visit it 2 to 3 times per week. I had a great core workout, as well as performing some key upper body lifts; I have pretty much surrendered on doing leg weights. I do not know; I hate the way it makes me feel. But, I did add some resistance work. I performed an easy AM elliptical workout, as well as a hill session earlier in the week.

Total Miles today: 5 (also includes my earlier 4 routine hill work)
