Wow!!! The weather was freaking great. I knocked-out one of two mid-week medium long runs with a 15 miler @ 7 min 38 sec per mile pace. I can still recall when running two miles at this pace seemed impossible. Now, it is nothing more than a very easy and relax run. Ideally, the goal is to have my 6:15 – 6:20 runs feel this easy. I am trying not to make every run into a race, as I promised myself. The park was packed with a number of people enjoying the spring like temperatures. Because this was somewhat of a demanding week for me, academically speaking, it really was nice going the distance. I feel as though my body continues to recover at a great rate. Well, with the exception of feeling a bit sleepy. That is a normal feeling with high miles.
