I was out of the house by 4:45 AM for an easy 8 mile run on the treadmill. Most of this run was between 6:45 to 7:47 per mile pace. I followed it up with a 10 mile PM run. I was surprised at how good I felt today. I seem to be recovering much faster from workout to workout.

My 10 mile PM run was done @ 7:21 per mile pace; I decided, for the most part, to make this a progression run. I ran the last 4 miles at a faster pace, though miles 1 and 2 were faster than I wanted them to be. Here is the breakdown per mile:
