Today was a nice and easy day. I do enjoy recovery days. According to Coach P, when I finish my recovery runs, I should feel energized. In a way, I should feel as though I am storing energy. That has been my aim toward recovery runs. My 6 mile AM run was nice and slow. I think it was roughly @ 8:41 per mile pace… which is about a minute and twenty seconds slower than my general aerobic runs. My 10 mile PM run was a bit faster, but not by much; I completed this run @ 8:27 per mile pace. I did run the last 3/4 of mile 10 at marathon goal pace — which is 6:44 per mile pace.
