My long run was not too bad today; I had hoped to hit the last 10k at a much faster pace, but my legs were a bit fatigued. I still have more work to do as I need to train my legs to address the lactic buildup. As noted in my splits below, my pace slowed instead of increased. I have 10 weeks to reverse that. I finished 22 miles @ 7:11 per mile pace. Not too bad. But, the wheels clearly started to come off as my mental focus dissipated after 17. I have time to correct this.
