I did 10 miles in the AM @ 7:38 per mile pace; it was not too bad and my legs felt pretty good. I completed this training day with a 7 mile PM run using mile variation repeats. My total pace was 7:17 per mile pace. I am looking forward to doing more 1 to 3 mile interval type runs as part of a tempo workout.
