Coach P’s program has me running mid-week medium long runs; I did that. But, I did so at a nice threshold pace. It felt great running 11 of  my 14 miles @ 6:56 per mile pace. I should have run faster, but opted not to seeing that I was instructed to run this @ 7:25 per mile pace. Each week I will continue to focus on increasing my lactate threshold runs.
