I completed a 20 mile training run @ 7:30 per mile pace. The first 12 miles were great. I ran them @ 7:17 per mile pace, but backed off after feeling a slight pain return in my left quad. I made an effort to focus on the small things, such as breathing, posture, and arms/hands motion. In the end, today’s run was not very efficient. I took a number of short breaks to refocus my attention.
