I was going to do all of my long run on a treadmill today; however, the rain cooperated and thus I was able to get all 20 in outside. It was cold and wet. Not much fun training today. During my last 2 miles, I felt a small twitch in my left quad. I also managed to get in a good 20 minutes of stretching, core work, and abs. I took a few breaks during the 10% speed increase of my MP. To say I struggled is a understatment.

Miles today: 20 (11 miles @ 7:48 per mile pace. 7 miles @ 7:12 per mile pace. 2 miles recovery @ 7:55 per mile pace)
