One of the true killers Coach Pete has me doing is the medium long runs. Each week I run  2 – 3 of these, which are 12 – 16 miles long. Today I ran 15 miles @ 7:43 per mile pace. The idea of this run is to do it @ the same pace as the long run; I usually run the last part of this significantly faster, but my legs were too tired for that.
