I completed 88 miles of training runs this week. Today wrapped up a productive but exhausting week of miles. With 100 mile weeks approaching, I am in hopes that the fatigue I am feeling will start to subside. My legs are feeling stronger, and the endurance stage I am in is well worth the time. My 18 mile ™ run was tough towards the end. The first 13 miles were @ a 7:47 per mile pace; I followed that with 5 miles @ 7:08 per mile pace.
