It is my goal to meet each of the following training runs for week 17:

Monday — Supposed to run 11 miles, but opted to do 6 miles of cross training as part of my recovery from Saturday’s Memphis Marathon.

Tuesday — In what I was supposed to do on Monday, I shifted to Tuesday: 5 mi AM run followed by 6 mi PM run.

Wednesday — 4 mi AM run, followed by a lactate threshold 11 mi run with the last 4 miles at 6:32 pace.

Thursday — 12 mi run.

Friday –10.4 mi run with 10 x 100 strides.

Saturday — 7 mi aqua (pool) run.

Sunday — 18.6 mi race @ 7  to 7 min and 10 sec per mile pace.

Total Miles: 80
